English-born Nigerian super striker Tammy vowed he will do everything in his power to stay and play for England over his home country’s Super Eagles. He said that it was his choice to play for England and he is ready to fight for the jersey with Harry Kane, Rashford and other English strikers.
Tammy Abraham was a Chelsea football club and England striker who was banging goals for fun in the 2019 / 2020 season His real name is Kevin Oghenetega Tamaraebi Bakumo-Abraham and that is a Nigerian name. He was born on 2 October 1997 in Camberwell, London, England and his parents are of Nigerian decedent.

He joined Chelsea at the under-8 level and then progressed through the academy system of the club. Also, he represented the national team at the Under-18, Under-19 and Under-21 level. He was also a part of the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship that took place in Poland. He had joined Chelsea in 2004 and stayed with them for twelve consecutive years, until 2016. He is an Academy graduate of Chelsea.
Tammy quickly matured in the Chelsea academy and when he graduated from the first team he went through a loan system which allowed him to have game time in competitive games. He was loaned first to the Championship Club Bristol City, followed by Premier League Club Swansea city and lastly Aston Villa where he played a pivotal role in scoring goals which made team get a promotion to the league before he went back to his parent club Chelsea.
This helped him to get the trust of Frank Lampard and he was given the regular first-choice position in Chelsea’s starting lineup. He did not let down the trust of Super Frankie as he continued to impress and score goals in the league.
Due to his fine form, he received a call from The Three Lions coach and The Super Eagles coach asking for his services. It was now his decision to accept the offer of playing for Nigeria or England.
