From Football To Real Estate: Cristiano Ronaldo’s Spectacular Manchester Mansion For Sale At £5.5m
Cristiano Ronaldo is said to have listed his luxurious Cheshire mansion on the market for a staggering £5.5 million after relocating to a new residence in Saudi Arabia. The property boasts an impressive range of facilities, including a gym, indoor swimming pool, and cinema room. Ronaldo departed Manchester United through a mutual agreement in November.
After departing Manchester United in November, Cristiano Ronaldo appears to have no intentions of returning to the area, as he seeks to sell his former mansion in the affluent Alderley Edge region, located on the outskirts of Manchester, for a reported £5.5m.
Jackson-Stops, the appointed estate agent responsible for the sale, have described the property as a “masterpiece of modern design”.
Boasting an array of opulent amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, paddle and tennis courts, spa area, and a vast cinema room, in addition to seven bedrooms and 23 acres of land, the mansion is certainly a remarkable piece of real estate.
Taking a broader perspective, it feels like a distant memory when Ronaldo departed Manchester United amid a cloud of controversy. Following his contentious interview with Piers Morgan on Talk TV, in which the Portuguese striker accused Erik ten Hag and other prominent figures at Old Trafford of “betrayal”, his contract was terminated through mutual agreement.
Ronaldo represented Portugal in the World Cup even though he was not associated with any club at the time. Later, he signed a lucrative contract with Al Nassr, a Saudi Arabian team, for a duration of two and a half years.
What’s in store for Ronaldo next? With his unfulfilled desire for Champions League football, Ronaldo’s upcoming challenge is the Saudi Pro League game against Damac, which is not to be taken lightly.
