The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) invites competent and qualified individuals to apply for various technical positions within the National Teams. We seek dedicated Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Goalkeeping Coaches, and Fitness Trainers for both Men’s and Women’s National Teams. The available positions are as follows:

A: WOMEN NATIONAL TEAMS

1. Head Coach – Zimbabwe Women National Teams
2. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe Women’s Senior National Team
3. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U-20 Women’s National Team
4. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe U-20 Women’s National Team
5. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U-17 Women’s National Team
6. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe U-17 Women’s National Team

B: NATIONAL TEAMS 7. Goalkeeper Coaches – Junior & Women National Teams (3 Persons)

8. Fitness Trainers for Junior & Women National Teams (3 Persons)

C: MEN’S NATIONAL JUNIOR TEAMS 9. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U-23 Men’s Team

10. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe U-23 Men’s Team
11. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U-20 Men’s Team
12. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe U-20 Men’s Team
13. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U-17 Men’s Team

Qualifications and job details for each position are as follows:

NATIONAL WOMEN TEAMS

1. Head Coach – Zimbabwe Women National Teams

• Manage and supervise ZIFA Women’s National Football Teams
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight African football
• Being female and having experience in international African football is an advantage

2. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe Women’s Senior National Team

• Assistant Coach for Senior Women National Team
• Head Coach for Zimbabwe U-20 Women’s National Team
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight domestic football
• Being female and experience in handling top-flight domestic women’s football clubs is an advantage

3. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U-20 Women’s National Team

• Assistant Coach for the Zimbabwe National Women’s Teams
• Head Coach for Zimbabwe U-20 Women’s National Team
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight domestic football
• Being female and experience in women’s schools’ football is an advantage

4. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe U-20 Women’s National Team

• Head Coach for the Zimbabwe U-17 Women’s National Team
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight domestic football

5. Assistant Coach – Zimbabwe U-17 Women’s National Team

• Assistant Coach for the Zimbabwe U-17 Women’s National Team
• Hold a CAF – C License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight domestic football
• Being female and having experience in women’s schools’ football is an advantage

6. Goalkeeper Coaches – National Teams + Juniors & Women Teams (6 Persons)

• Goalkeeping Coach for all Zimbabwe National Teams’ Goalkeepers
• Train Goalkeeper Coaches of top-flight women’s clubs and youth teams
• Minimum ZIFA License in goalkeeping training

7. Fitness Trainers (Strength & Conditioning) for Junior & Women National Teams (3 Persons)

• Ensure national team players are in good physical condition to compete at all levels
• Fitness Trainer for all Zimbabwe Junior and Women National Teams’ Goalkeepers
• Provide support in strength, conditioning, and sports science
• Experience working with a national team or top-flight club
• Relevant academic qualification in sports science

8. Head Coach – U23 Men’s National Teams

• Head Coach of the U23 National Men’s Team
• Assistant to the Senior National Team Coach
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Active in Youth Football Coaching in the last 3 years
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight African football

9. Assistant Coach – U23 Men’s National Teams

• Head Coach of the U20 National Men’s Team (Young Warriors)
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Active in Youth Football Coaching in the last 3 years
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight African football

10. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U20 Men’s Team

• Assistant Coach of the Zimbabwe U23 National Men’s Team
• Head Coach of Zimbabwe U20 Men’s Team
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight domestic football

11. Assistant Head Coach – Zimbabwe U20 Men’s Team

• Head Coach of Zimbabwe U17 National Men’s Team
• Hold a CAF – B License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight domestic football

12. Head Coach – Zimbabwe U17 Men’s Team

• Assistant Coach of the Zimbabwe U20 National Men’s Team
• Head Coach of Zimbabwe U17 Men’s Team
• Hold a CAF – C License or its equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in top-flight domestic football
• Experience in schools football is an advantage
